Questions

What is free, and what is paid?

The Tutorial and demo of every experiment are free for everyone. Full Learn, Practice and Unknown-drug modes need a college licence or a student plan, from ₹999 a year with GST. Exam mode comes with a college licence.

Does it follow the NMC curriculum?

The UG experiments cover the computer-assisted learning practicals of the NMC competency-based curriculum for MBBS, including the effect of drugs on dog blood pressure. The PG experiments follow the usual MD and MSc pharmacology practical syllabus.

Do we need to install anything?

No. PharmaCAL runs in any modern browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, and keeps working offline once it has loaded. Installable Windows, macOS and Android apps are planned for labs without a reliable connection.

Can it be used for clinical decisions?

No. PharmaCAL is a teaching simulation. Its responses come from models, not patients or animals.
